Broad Beans Masala in tamil | Avarakkai Masala | Broad Beans Curry

  Healthy foods to eat everyday is a good habit , when iam in cooking in my kitchen  i start  think what food can i prepare it today and that will be mostly easy and healthy recipes with tasty food only i will prepare it .  So today i am going to share a pure vegetarian cooking and healthy lunch side dish recipes for you , its really so tasty vegetarian indian food recipe and very easy to make . Can serve with rice. Ingredients : Indian broad bean - 500 gram (Avarakkai in Tamil) Finely chopped Turmeric powder - ¼ sp Pink himalayan salt - ½ sp Water - Little to cook the vegetable Cook for 1 whistle in pressure cooker Organic Coconut oil - 60 ml Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon Curry leans Big onion - 2 chopped Himalayan pink salt - 1 teaspoon Aachi kulambu chilli powder - 2 Tbs To grind in to smooth paste for Masala : Coconut - 1 cup Green chilli - 2 Cloves - 3 Fennel seed - ¼ sp How to cook : Add organic coconut oil in dosa pan , After Oil is heated well , Fennel seed , Curry lea
