How to make peanut chutney Really all love to eat roasted groundnut / peanut as a healthy snacks in the evening time with a cup of tea or coffee , likewise we can do a healthy peanut  chutney as a breakfast all love to eat . Here i will share a tasty chutney recipe for you , serve with idli, dosa , upma and pongal . All the ingredients are easily available at home , and please use a good quality peanuts for this recipe. It gives more tasty for this recipe. Ingredients: 1 tsp Groundnut Oil 1/4 cup peanuts 2 tbsp Coconut 1 small Tamarind Curry leaves 4 garlic pods 8 - 10 dry red chilies Salt 1/4 For Tempering: 1 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp urad dal 1 dry red Chilli Curry leaves How to do : 1. Add Little Groundnut oil to roast the peanut , after peanut become roasted in little golden brown colour . Add coconut ,curry leaves ,garlic to fry little. 2.
