  Ingredients Almond - 10 (soak a day before night) chocolate chips - 2 spoon water - 1 glass How to do Take 10 almond and soak before a day, next day morning peel the almond skin or you can grind almond with skin . add water in milk pan and boil that like normal milk . Almond is having much anti oxidant . Its consist a vitamin E , healthy fat and it's give a good health to heart . Can drink plain almond milk or any flavoured like chocolate flavour without sugar is a healthy. After milk gets boiled, add the chocolate chips mix well . After chips is get mixed well . Today we are going to show you a wonderful spinach recipe. It is very simple and easy to make a spinach kadayal without lentils. Ingredients Required: A bundle of spinach  A handful of small onions 1 green chili Cumin ¼ tsp  Add some salt Add water - little Coconut - 6 pieces How to do : Wash and clean the spinach twice and keep it Now add spinach to the cooker, along that add a handful of small onions, 1 green chili, cumin, salt and then add some water and cover the cooker and cook for 1 whistle. After a whistle, immediately remove the steam with a spoon - leave it alone - so the spinach color doesn't change. Next let the spinach cool down a bit. Next in a mixer jar - grind the coconut coarsely , after that you can grind the cooked spinach with it. Do not grind the spinach too much, the taste will not be good.   To season Add a little ghee for seasoning and heat it then add mustard, urad dal, kari vadagam one by one and fry a little, when the smell comes you can add sambar powder

  Ingredients : Ivy gourd - 500 kg Onion - 1 Salt -1 1/2 tsp Curry leaves Turmeric powder Kulambu powder - one teaspoon Coconut - 2 tbsp Fennel seed- 1/4 tsp Roasted peanuts - Grind little Mustard seeds, and cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Dry red chili 2 Garlic - 4 chopped Gingelly Oil for cooking How to cook : Grind coarsely : two table spoons of roasted peanuts  Make a paste of coconut and Fennel seed Chop a large onion in medium Wash and Chop the Ivy Gourd in round shape and - add salt, Curry leaves and Turmeric powder. 4 garlic cloves finely chopped. 1. Pour a little Gingelly Oil in a pan and add the Ivy gourd to it and lightly fry it. Just sprinkle a handful of water and let it boil 2. Put a teaspoon of Aachi kulambu powder in it and fry it 3.
