Masala Tea /  Chai is a South Indian morning or evening milk tea drink on every home in india Here I have included some spices .This masala spices make it very tasty and healthy too.If you feel cold coughs or fell allergies in  coughs or want to sip some tasty tea .  Just make this tea and drink you will relief  soon and yes you too will enjoy more tasty masala chai . This kurma was made in green chilli and ginger ,no added plain red chilli powder so , its makes more aroma and taste for Pulao Ingredients : Potato 2big Oil - 2Tsp Big onion - 2 Salt - 1/4 sp Tomato - 1 Ginger small-one, garlic 4 ,chilly 2 - 1/2sp Chicken masala powder - 4sp Fennel powder -1/4 sp Turmeric powder -1/4sp Coconut- 1/2cup Cumin and pepper powder-1/2 small sp Coriander Leaf Method to cook   1.  Heat a pan and Add Oil , Add onion ,saute in medium . Chop the potato in round shape using the potato slicer. Wash and Drain, and rinse in white cotton cloth.  2.  Heat oil . Fry potato well , it become in golden colour /  crunchy.
