How to make peanut chutney
Really all love to eat roasted groundnut / peanut as a healthy snacks in the evening time with a cup of tea or coffee , likewise we can do a healthy peanut chutney as a breakfast all love to eat . Here i will share a tasty chutney recipe for you , serve with idli, dosa , upma and pongal .

How to do :
1. Add Little Groundnut oil to roast the peanut , after peanut become roasted in little golden brown colour . Add coconut ,curry leaves ,garlic to fry little.
2. Then finally add dry red chilli and give good roast . allow to cool down , and transfer to the blender .
3. Further, add 1 tsp of Groundnut oil and roast Mustard seed , urad dal , dry red chilli and curry leaves.
