Ingredients :
Onions - 1
Snake Gourd -1
Capsicum -1
Cooked toor dal -2 tbsp
Green chillies - 1

Sambar powder -1 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder

Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Hing powder

Cooking Method
1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and cumin seed . Allow it to explode.Then add green chillies , curry leaves and hing powder together .
2. Add chopped big onion fry a little then add vegetables - snake Gourd , Capsicum and add salt to cook the vegetable, sambar powder ,coconut milk and cooked toor dhal. Just allow to cook for 5 - 7 minutes in medium flame in stove.
3. Finally add pepper powder , Snake gourd green capsicum recipe kootu is ready and serve hot with your favourite rice and enjoy.
