Home-Made 1 Kg Chicken biriyani recipe
Wash the chicken 2 times and add a little curd and ginger garlic paste and salt, turmeric powder and set aside.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/12 kg
Basmati Rice - 1kg
Onion - 4
Tomato - 3
Pudina /Mint leaf - 1. Bunch
Coriander leaf - Little
Ginger 1 big piece , Garlic paste 2 flower
Biriyani masala powder - 2 spoon
Chilly powder - 2 1/2 spoon
Dhaniya powder
patai - 2
Bay leaf-6
krambu - 5
Curd - 2 spoon
Lemon - 1
Turmeric powder
Ghee
Oil
Salt
coconut milk - little
Water - 2 cups (water ratio is use which glass you used to taken the rice )
In the mixi Jar :
👉 Add - Mint leaf ,Curd , Biriyani Masala, chilly powder , Lemon , tomato - 1 piece , Green chilly 6 grind into paste.
Cooking Instruction :
👉 Next i have taken big biriyani aluminium pot and placed it in stove, this is suitable for making a biriyani easily.
👉 Then add oil , once oil is heated well add the spices patai , Bay leaf , clove . Then add little ginger garlic paste with red chilly powder just fry little also keep the stove in simmer on this stage. Then add Onion fry this in high flame , after fried the onion little , then add tomato , salt , ginger garlic paste fry all these , then add chicken give a good mix and add Mint paste, and cook the chicken with water and coconut milk - for 15 minutes on high flame. Add coriander leaf and close the lid.
👉 After the chicken pieces cooked in medium (80%)add rice to cook , after the rice and water becomes to tight in rice , keep the stove in simmer and close the lid for 10 - 15 min .
That's it ready to serve.
