This Palak Pulao recipe that I found in online. I have used paneer , palak spinach to give the dish a bit of protein. Finally iam adding little Nuts top-up for this pulao.This is a delicious meal to lose weight loss.

Ingredients :Brown basmati rice - 1 Glass ( wash and soak immediately with1 glass of water )
Coconut oil - 1 Tsp
desi ghee - 1/4 Tsp
Cashew nuts - Your choice
Dry Grapes - Your choice
Paneer - 1 cup (cut and keep in water)

cardamom - 2
Kalpasi
cloves - 3
Cumin seed - 1/4 sp
bay leaf -3
cinnamon - 1/4 sp
Pepper - 10
Star Anise -1
chopped onion - 1 (chopped in straight )
Turmeric powder
Kashmiri chilly powder 1 sp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 sp
Salt - 1/4 sp
Cauliflower - 1 handful
Mint leaves -1 handful
Water - 2 glass
Lemon - half-one
To Grind :
3 Green chilli
1 pieces of ginger
4 pieces of garlic
3 pieces of small onion
1 bunch of Palak spinach (well cleaned)
How to cook :
1. Pre Heat the cooker in stove. Add organic coconut oil and desi ghee in cooker .1st - fry cashew nuts and keep aside . Don't fry nuts and dry grapes at the same time. Nuts become burn .Then fry dry grapes keep aside . Then fry little paneer keep-aside.
2. Fry the spices in the same oil (List of spices mentioned above )and add big onion .Just fry a little minute.
and all the masala powder one by one to fry.
3. Then add grinded spinach paste in to the masala - just fry till raw spell goes. Then add favourite vegetable of your choice and 2 glass of water.
4. At last iam adding half lemon juice , and checked the salt consistency in this time.
5. After water is heated well add rice and keep for 1 whistle . After the steam is out . Open it add the nuts and paneer and keep the stove in low flame for 1 minutes to set the nuts , paneer in Pulao.
