This recipe is made with leaves of spring onions and chickpea. It is very very easy to make. Come let's get started.
Before starting this recipe Soak chana dal the day before and then add salt cooked 4 to 5 whistle .
Ingredients :
- spring onion leaves (about one bunch and chopped)
- White channa (1 cup)
- chopped garlic cloves (about 15-20 finely chopped pieces)
- 2 green chilies
- turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
- red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
- cumin powder (1/2 tsp)
• RECIPE •
Once you cooked this white chana and start this recipe
1) heat some oil in the pan on stove
2) Once oil is heated at some 10 to 15 garlic finally chopped
once garlic ton light brown then add chopped green chillies
This garlic make a very tasty to this recipe
3) Then add cooked white chana dal fry for 2 to 3 minutes
It's very delicious nutritions and easily digestive . Spring onions is very rich in iron, calcium and vitamin c.
5) Now add a bunch of spring onion leaves. mix frequently.
Spring onion leaves have very low level in calorie and its provided much anti oxidant and lower the blood sugar level.Once the white Channa and spring onion leaf become very soft and cooked well .
switch off the stove you can serve this with chapati or you can eat simply one cup channa spring onion with curd for dinner.
