How to make chicken rasam
Ingredients :
Chicken - ½ kg {washed 2 times in normal water }
Turmeric powder
Salt
Water - to cook the chicken
Masala powder 👍
Coriander - 2 tbs
Cumin powder - 1 ½ tsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri powder - 1 sp
Chilli powder - ¼ sp
To saute :
Oil
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Big onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 3 chopped
Garlic 10 small crushed
G.chilli - 2
Dry red chilli - 4
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbs
How to do:
Add the chicken in cooker with turmeric and salt and required water to cook for 2 whistle.
Take a sauce pan and add oil .
When it gets heated and mustard seeds - it gets splitter out then add crushed garlic saute for 1 min , add onion , tomato and fry one by one for 2 minutes .Finally add all masala powder with cooked chicken saute for 1 min.
Add cooked chicken water and boil for 2 to 5 minutes . Now serve with rice .
